WoW Retail Professional and WoW Manufacturing

Intensive one-on-one training is provided on installation when you purchase WoW to ensure you get the most out of it. You can request additional training for you and your staff should you need it.

WoW Retail Lite

Two Hour installation and training provided.  Further training is provided on a user needs basis and is charged at 15 minute intervals. Users are encouraged to compile a list of queries to maximise their support time.  WoW Retail Lite users are also able to attened monthly on-line group sessions free of charge.

On-line-group training sessions

We have on-line group training sessions where new features are outlined.  Invitations are sent out to all licensees with a maximum of 10 attendees per session.
