How WoW Retail works

Quote for all types of window treatments in a few simple steps.  You and WoW work together on step 1.  After that, it's over to WoW.

1.    Gather customer requirements

WoW guides you through gathering all the information you need to quote for curtains, drapes and blinds.  You type in only the bare essentials and select from suitable options.  If you miss anything important, WoW prompts you for it.

2.  Calculate

To calculate quantities, prices, cuts and profit, WoW uses built-in calculations with your company pricing model and fabric prices.  Update WoW with your own fabrics and price lists or subscribe for easy monthly downloads.

3.  Quote, Order, Instruct, Report

WoW generates quotes, purchase orders, fitter instructions, worksheets and management reports automatically using document templates you can customise.  Of course, you can preview and tweak if you need to.  .

4.  Gather valuable data and use it to manage your business

WoW centralises information from all your sales reps.  You can track orders, respond to customer enquiries, and report on performance at any time.  Corporate customers can manage their leads with WoW.

5.  Send data to your accounting software (optional)

You can readily integrate your quoting and ordering information with your other business data in MYOB or Quickbooks.

How WoW Manufacturing Works

Systemize the production process so that you will always be able to track your jobs and accurately keep tabs on inventory and profitability.

1.    Enter the customer’s jobs

WoW manufacturing guides you through the job entry process. Accept the standard defaults of colours and styles or modify these as required.

2.    Compute the bill of materials.

At the click of a button WoW manufacturing will compute how mach material is required to produce the blind.

3.    Generate worksheets

Batch your jobs to improve efficiency. At the click of a button you can produce worksheets with all of the salient manufacturing details. Be alerted  to  parts shortages. WoW Manufacturing can even prepare supplier purchase orders for you so you will have your inventory arrive when you need it.

4.    Track jobs across the factory floor.

WoW manufacturing lets you take advantage of barcode technology to quickly and accurately track your jobs around the factory floor. This way you will always know the status of each and every blind without having to run around the factory floor.

5.    Management reports

With WoW Manufacturing you can produce an array of reports to manage your business. Reports include:

  • Job profit reports
  • Current stock (parts) reports
  • Job status reports

6.    Send data to MYOB (optional)

You can easily integrate your sales and inventory into MYOB accounts receivables and accounts payables.
