After Installation and Training
We are more than happy to assist you in any way we can in order for you to get the maximum benefit from your investment.
WoW Professional customers will receive priority support during the first 12 months.
Beyond 12 months ongoing priority support is given to clients that have purchased Annual Upgrade Guarantee.
WoW Lite customers will receive support on a user required paid basis.
Additional Training Requirements due to staff changes
WOW provides on going online group training or we can arrange on-site training to suit your individual requirements.

One day of installation and training is included in your purchase of WoW Professional After we've installed the system for you, we'll guide you through data setup and quoting.
2 Hours of installation and training is included in your purchase of WoW Lite. After this training can be purchased on a user needs basis.
Further training is available via online group sessions.
You can purchase addtional on-site training whenever you need.

You can set your own global default mark-up for each supplier.
You can then change the defaul mark-up for particular treatment types from each supplier.
Or change the mark-up for treatment styles, such as Pinch Pleat Curtains or Gather Tape Curtains.

Yes. You can choose from about 25 Australian and 18 New Zealand fabric suppliers.
Maintaining you manufacturing pricelists is easy. We supply you with an Excel spreadsheet import process so you can import price lists from your manufacturer's spreadsheets.

You can set your fabric supplier discounts and it will be applied to the standard wholesale price during the fabric pricelist import process. You are also able to apply discounts for individual fabrics.
Blind supplier discounts are easily maintained by applying a negative % update to these pricelists.
This makes it easy to change your pricelist as you negotiate better prices.

Yes, Use our easy import process to import your blind supplier price lists directly into WoW from an Excel spreadsheet.
If your supplier use only printed lists, you can use WoW's simple data entry screens to key in the information. We'll show you how to use this feature in your day of training.

Yes. You may enter and maintain information in WoW yourself through a very easy process.

There are two steps to implementing WoW.
1. Installation and Training
Installation and Training takes 1 day for WoW Professional Customers and 2 hours for WoW Lite Customers
We can usually arrange an installation date within 2 weeks of your commitment to the project,
It's best to ensure the whole team is available on the training day, but not all staff will be required all the time. We can install and train on weekends if that's more convenient for you.
2. Data Setup
Data setup will begin as part of the training day.
The remaining data setup depends on your product range and how many wholesalers you use.
Most of our clients break up the data setup tasks into small manageable chunks. For example, you might decide to commit 5-10 hours a week for 1-2 months.
It's helpful to delegate tasks. You and your staff learn more about WoW while you complete the data setup.
This is undoubtedly the most time-consuming step. When this once-off data setup is complete, your business will enjoy the ongoing time-savings and WoW's many other benefits.
